southern cross hospitals
Co-creating memorable experiences
The corporate communication design for the hospitals are warm, friendly and welcoming. The design makes sure that those values are reflected in every piece of the consumer facing material as well as the internal communication material. The following are some examples I worked on where I explored the possibilities of the brand while creating engaging graphic design across multiple applications.
The colour scheme introduces friendly secondary colours to the main corporate blue to help with information identification, add vibrancy and variety to the communication design.
Infographic design
Using key supporting elements and the newly introduced colour scheme, I developed a series of interactive infographics that were animated when placed on the website.
Website Design
Co-design programme
The website aims to present our metrics, performance, results and work ethic; while creating an interactive, positive experience using warm images and people collaborating in the co-design programme.
Website Design + Infographics
The infographics were animated and incorporated into the hospital’s website pages to display complex data in an engaging way, making it easy to understand and creating a positive interactive experience.

Customer Journey Map
My role in this project included the tasks to structure, organise and visually code the data, into a designed visual communication tool that maps the Customer Journey and includes key notes, inflexion points and emotional states from customers and stakeholders.
Internal Publication
This internal publication is dense with content, yet the articles are clearly differentiated using the brand colours while maintaining consistency and brand recognition through typography and imagery.
