The ocean – source of life

The ocean is a source of life, rich in nutrients and vast in natural produce. Inspired by the adventurous spirit, Oceanmarina embarks on a journey to explore the depths of the ocean and extract the highest quality seafood. It is in the pristine waters of New Zealand, the purest aquatic environment, where the most nourishing seafood can be found and shared with the world.

The colour scheme is inspired by the rawness of the ocean and sunset on a sandy beach.


The logo captures the nature of the ocean in one simple, abstract and elegant icon. The circle elicits the water and the forces of the sea. When the top part of the cirle is used in
gold it respresents the sun setting and the blue colour, the waters of the ocean.

The idea of using the ocean as the main element for the logo is to allow the company to grow into intoducing new and different seafood products for further expansion.

Packaging design

Supporting elements in the form of fractal linear patterns represent the fluidity of forms in nature merged with the structured repetition and tension from steel. The colour scheme is inspired by neon lights on a rainy night in a metropolitan city.
